Privacy policy

Who we are

DuelMetric is a football statistics website for fans aged 18 and over. This policy explains what information we handle when you use the site and why.

What we collect

Free football research does not require an account. If you create an account, we process your email address and authentication details, and store the display name you choose. Premium Bet builder is not currently available.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and running.

Account profiles are stored securely and are accessible only to their owner and authorised server operations. We use security request counters keyed with a one-way cryptographic identifier to limit abuse.

AI scouting reports

When you generate a scouting report, the two players' public stats are sent to an AI service to write the report. No personal information about you is included.

Data from other services

Football stats come from sportapi.ai and bookmaker odds from The Odds API. We fetch this data on our servers; your details are not shared with them.

Links to other sites

We link to bookmakers and support services such as BeGambleAware and GamCare. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us using the details below.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site grows, including when subscriptions become available. The date below shows the latest version.
